LeVan Stapleton Segal Cochran LLC is pleased to announce that Kali Schellenberg has joined the litigation boutique as an associate.
Kali graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude in 2015 and earned her BA in International Relations from Brown University. She previously clerked for the Honorable Legrome D. Davis, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
After her clerkship, she entered the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. While there, she earned a number of performance awards for meritorious acts on behalf of the Department. After several years, she transitioned into private practice at Relman Colfax, PLLC, one of the nation’s leading civil rights law firms. She joined LSSC in February 2023, excited by the opportunity to do sophisticated, high-quality litigation in her hometown.
Kali’s practice has included litigations regarding class actions, the False Claims Act, fraud, negligence, consumer protection, First Amendment and other Constitutional claims, employment issues, and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
Kali is an avid racquet sports player. She was co-captain of Brown University’s varsity squash team, and is a two-time College Squash Association (CSA) Scholar Athlete. She was also on Lower Merion High School’s state championship tennis team. She lives in East Falls, Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
