Kali Schellenberg

Kali Schellenberg is an accomplished litigator with experience in the federal government and private sector. She has handled cases from investigation, through federal jury trial, to post-trial relief.

She grew up in Bala Cynwyd, graduated from Brown University, and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School with honors. While at Harvard Law School, Kali was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster, and a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society of D.C., the Australian Law Reform Commission, and the ACLU of Hawaii. After graduating, she clerked for the Honorable Legrome Davis on the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She then entered the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. After several years, she transitioned into private practice at Relman Colfax, PLLC, one of the nation’s leading civil rights law firms. She joined LSSC in early 2023, excited by the opportunity to do sophisticated, high-quality litigation in her hometown.

Kali’s practice has included litigations regarding class actions, the False Claims Act, fraud, negligence, consumer protection, First Amendment and other Constitutional claims, employment issues, and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). She has counseled clients and conducted trainings on a variety of legal issues.

Kali is an avid racquet sports player. She played for Brown University’s varsity squash team, serving as a captain her senior year, and is a two-time College Squash Association (CSA) Scholar Athlete. She was also on Lower Merion High School’s state championship tennis team. She lives in East Falls, Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
