Peter (Tad) LeVan, Jr.  is quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer’s coverage of LSSC client Jenna Pinchbeck’s efforts to stand up for women, BIPOC, trans, and disabled artists in the Philadelphia theater community.

When Ms. Pinchbeck spoke out on social media, she received a cease and desist letter from the Walnut Street Theatre and threats that she would be taken to court. Ms. Pinchbeck did not back down and retained our firm. We are proud to stand up for her.
